Faculty Bio

Though, Dr. Paul hailed from modest upbringing that translated into his humble, down-to-earth, compassionate demeanor, he has always been recognized, respected and regarded as a man of serious integrity, a brilliant thinker, strategist, political advisor and analyst, of no ordinary measure. Dr. Paul, holds Dual Masters Degrees, in Business Administration (MBA)(Distinction) and Project Management (M.Sc.) (Distinction) from Business University of Costa Rica, Costa Rica and Royal Academy of Career Development, Guyana, in collaboration with EDEXCEL, U.K., as well as a Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, India, among many other qualifications and certifications. His academic interests lie in the fields of Management, Entrepreneurship, Politics, Leadership and Research Methodology for Dissertation, Thesis, Report and Final Project Writing with emphasis on Management and Business. Dr. Paul has written two books, a course in Entrepreneurship, several papers on Management and Research Methods and attended several academic seminars and conferences. He is, currently, Executive Director of Critchlow Labour College, Centre for International Programs and Senior Lecturer in Research Methods for Management and Business at the said college.
